We can seat 175 people for a sit down dinner; we can seat a little more depending on the set up of the room. You are able to bring in any caterer you want. No alcohal allowed. Our weeknight pricing of $875 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday can’t be beat.

This event was AMAZING! It had all the makings of a fabulous day. Beautiful couple, great family, incredible decorating and yummy food.
An old antique dresser was used as the dessert table. They served DOWANTS. Never heard of them before but I am in love now. A dowant is the “love child of a donut and croissant”, how cool is that. They are to die for.
The Bride’s mom, Lori, is an event planner and did an incredible job. I don’t use the word “eye candy” very often but this is one of those times. As you walked in bella vista your eyes just danced around the room looking at all the beautiful colors, textures and unique decorating ideas. Behind the catering table Lori suspended beautiful ornate mirrors creating a beautiful backdrop.
She also used frames around the room indicating what was being served or what to do at different stations.
The bling of gold was used around the room but one of my favorite uses is the gold sequenced material she used as a back drop behind the cake.
It truly was the best day ever! Congrats Eric and McKenzie!

Wedding chair accessories are a great way to add a unique and dramatic touch to your reception. Decorating your chairs can add a pop of color to your room at a minimal cost. There are so many different and interesting ways to decorate chairs from sashes in all types of textures, to ribbons to full chair coverings. One of the most beautiful events at bella vista this year was Missy and Michael’s reception. It was filled with all the little details from thank you favors, creative signage to a dessert bar. They used a lot our backdrops and then added their personal touch of tissue ball clusters in front. One of my favorites was our starry night backdrop with the raw silk swag in front of it. It was a stunning backdrop and a great place for pictures. Jen at Faucet Photography captured the beauty of the event. ENJOY!

Jenny and Eric’s reception was timeless! They used soft neutral tones in their decorations, flowers and table clothes to give the room a soft elegant feel. Brooke from Blush Photography captured the evening with all its details from the mason jars filled with flowers hanging over the cake to the large flower arrangements around the room.
